London Pass morning entry to Windsor Castle

We have limited morning time for Castle visit. Is it allowed to enter with London Pass?We will not use London Pass for transportation things. We hope to get into castle earlier?Making sense?

Thanks a lot for experience sharing!

Pangdin,
I will share something we heard when we arrived for our trip to Windsor on Thursday, June 29. When trying to find the line to queue, we had 10:00 tickets. A man approached one of the Castle employees and said he had a London Pass and wanted to line up in our line. The employee told him that he would need to wait until after noon to come back and gain entry with his London Pass. I don’t know if that is a normal occurrence for this venue, if it was because of the summer crowds or what, but he was not aware (nor was pleased with learning of the policy)

Just sharing so as to help. Maybe double checking would be a good plan.

A quick look at the London Pass site does not show Windsor Castle as one of the locations where advance reservations are required. Waiting in line to get a ticket with the pass might be required, I don’t know. I would contact them directly rather than rely on the past experiences which may have no bearing on current policy.

Windsor Castle restricts pass holders to a 1300 entry. So if it's morning you have it won't be of any use to you.

Not sure what you mean by transportation - they offer the HoHo bus and a boat day, and can add on an Oyster, but otherwise the Pass offers nothing in terms of transport.
