Have done Stonehedge previous trip plus War Rooms. Any new suggestions? That time of year too cold for boat tours?
Thank you

Have you done anything else in London - Tower of London, any museums, markets, Westminster Abbey, St Paul's cathdral, Kew Gardens, Grennwich, Hampton Court?

Day trips - Oxford, Cambridge, Canterbury, Windsor?

Kew Gardens will be decorated for Christmas starting on November 15th 2023. There should be lots of musical and theatrical events. Look for discount tickets. The Imperial War Museum is very interesting. Of course there are the other famous museums: British Museum is great for a rainy day. I like the Tate and the National Gallery. Hampton Court Palace and the Tower of London for the history buffs. Etc.

Bletchley Park?
Windsor? This would probably be best on a nice day, so you could walk over to Eton.

If the weather's good, look at the London Walks schedule to fill in gaps in your plans: https://www.walks.com/

My favorite month to visit London. Mostly blue skies. Very little precipitation.

A few things to consider:

Look for the fallow deer in Richmond Park
Tour Parliament
Kew Gardens
Winter Wonderland Hyde Park
Bletchley Park
Tower of London
Theatre
Cruise to or from Greenwhich
Spitalfields Market
Museum of Steam and Water
Postal Museum

Also see if any of the London Walks are of interest.
