London Itinerary - How is My Timing?

Hello, and thank you to everyone willing to help me out. I will be traveling to London in June and have the following itinerary planned:
Thursday - Arrive at Heathrow from LAX at 10am, visit Westminster Abbey
Friday - Tower of London, Temple Church
Saturday - Portobello Road Market (I really want to go there to buy an antique as a souvenir. If there are better places, I'm happy to hear about them.), British Museum
Sunday - St. Paul's
Monday Morning we're leaving for Canterbury, but we may be able to squeeze one more place to visit in London that morning.
Am I leaving enough room to visit places, too much time? My husband and I LOVE history. Is there something I'm missing? Thank you again for your help.

Just want to make sure you are aware that St. Pauls is only open for worship on Sunday.

Perhaps find an interesting walk on http://www.walks.com/. Note: you don't reserve. You just show up if you feel like on the day.

We did a Beatles walk and a Harry Potter walk last time and enjoyed it very much. You may be able to find a walk with a historic angle.

Another vote for London Walks. Several have Blue Badge guides, so perfect for people who enjoy history.

Definitely check out the London Walks website to see what will be offered during the time you'll be in London. A lot of the walks have an historical component.

As noted you will need to adjust your itinerary regarding St Paul’s unless you are interested in attending a Sunday worship service.

I take the same overnight flight from LAX to LHR. In June you may not get out of Heathrow before 1pm.
I’d go directly to your Accomodation, freshen up and then start walking to stave off your inevitable jet lag.

Westminster Abbey will be horribly overcrowded. It’s June. Height of tourist season. Think sardines. If you can deal with that then go. It is fabulous.

Word of advice absolutely confirm it’s opening and closing times on your arrival day and have a plan B. https://www.westminster-abbey.org/visit-us/prices-entry-times/

I adore Portobello Market but if it’s Antiques you seek then the Bermondsey/Caledonian Market is the spot.
It’s on Friday’s. https://bermondseysquare.net/bermondsey-antiques-market/#.Wwv62BZlCaM

So yes a revamping of the itinerary needed. Double check opening and closing times of the Tower, Westminster, Temple Church, etc and adjust accordingly.

Great city. Have fun.
