London Itenerary take 2

Hello,
I posted something similar a while back, but made some updates. Partly why I updated the plan was to limit driving the first day. Any feedback is appreciated.

My wife and I will be traveling to London In May/June. We are both in our mid-30's, have been to London once each (20 years ago for me), and are rather experienced travelers. My main interest is history and her's is art, though we both enjoy experiencing new cultures.

What do you think of this planned itinerary? Flights are booked as are accommodations. Too much? Too little? I have done most of the planning so it might seem a bit heavy on history vs art, but open to suggestions. Sunday May 27 is basically planned since we are meeting some friends who are randomly in London as well. The last Saturday is free, so we will likely only do 1 maybe 2 of the listed. We also left the British Museum and VA Museum to the end in case rain makes us switch that day with another.

Sounds like a fun trip! Have you double checked that the attractions you want to see on the 28th will be open as it's a bank holiday. I wouldn't do a day trip to Bath personally. Boat up to Greenwich I'd opt for. Head up to the top of the hill in Greenwich park and you get a great view back over to London to spot all the places you've visited.

You could do your first couple of days by train. There is a bus to Stonehenge from Salisbury. Everything else looks great! For your last day if you are in the mood for a day trip I would choose Hampton Court of the things you have listed.

The 28th looks a wee bit crowded but overall fine. I love that you are doing some of Rick’s walks. We really enjoyed them.

I often over plan our days but we have given ourselves permission to drop something if we feel overwhelmed or tired or see something we’d rather do.

The audio guides at both the Abbey and St. Paul’s are excellent, by the way.
