london hotels

Does anybody, who has been on a Rick Steves' guided tour, where the hotels they use are located? Also, what type of hotel (accomadations, size, etc.)

Ask the office directly. They will tell you the hotels they are using. The hotels will vary from tour to tour and year to year.

I did the Best of England last Fall. We ended our tour in London at The Fielding near Covent Garden.

I'm not sure exactly what info you are angling for on the "type" of hotel. I had a single room there. It was on the small side which is expected in London. It had a fair-sized shower...again for London. It does not have breakfast nor does it have an elevator. The folks at the front desk were very nice and called me a taxi for departure which I would expect. I do not know if it had AC as it was Fall and I didn't need it.

As usual with Rick's tour hotels, it was centrally located, near Tube stops and near restaurants.
