Has anyone stayed at the Premier Inn Tower location?

No but Premier Inns are generally fine. Hopefully another poster can chime in having stayed there.
I know the 2 I’ve stayed in were great. Safe, comfortable beds, good food, hot showers, flat screens. Great price.

It is hard to beat PIs for value, and the prices typically reflect the convenience of the location (though there can be weekend/weekday differences in some locations due to business-vs.-tourist clientele).
There are at least three Premier Inns in London with "Tower" in their names, so we need the precise, full name of the hotel to avoid misleading you.
