We will be arriving at LHR at 8:40am on Friday, April 10th (Good Friday). Are we going to be able to get to our hotel by public transit? Does transit times change?

Yes, but you need to check the planned works schedule. Where is your hotel?
There are planned works most weekends and holidays that affect some lines. For example, on April 10 the Piccadilly line (from LHR) has service, but some other lines have closures.

As noted by the previous poster you will be able to get to your accommodation via public transport. Taxi, bus, tube.

If you give the post code of any UK address that will identify the actual building on Google Maps.
UK Post codes identify a single building which receives more than average post, e.g. every business.
For domestic houses with average post the post code will be shared by about 20 dwellings. Combine the post code and house number and Google Maps will take you right there

So it looks like either the Hammersmith or Baron’s Court tube are close. You can take the Piccadilly line from Heathrow..
