London Walks offers a few diff "haunted" walking tours.
have not done any yet myself but all their walks get great reviews. Inexpensive and no need to book in advance

I did a London Walks "ghosts of The City" nighttime tour some years ago. It was great.

I've done Haunted London by London Walks a few years ago. It was fine, and the friend who I went with loved it, but he's the type who loves to watch ghost shows on television.
