Looking for any recommendations of a London Food Tour that is kid friendly! While I know I can Google options for food tours - I always appreciate recommendations from folks who've experienced it!

On another thread you mention you are traveling with very small children, 1 and 3. I suspect most tours would not allow them.
Why not just wander about Spitalfields’s or Brick Lane or Maltby’s or Seven Dials market’s food booths on your own? Even Covent Garden where the little ones might enjoy the buskers.
Do hope you also consider a visit to Mudchute Farm!
We had great times with London Walks. Here is a Thames Pub Walk. Our kids loved pub food!
You'd have to ask about kids on the tour but my guess is YES! https://www.walks.com/our-walks/the-along-the-thames-pub-walk/
I'm sorry but even a London Walks tour is too much for a 1 and 3 year old. I would agree with the others that you walk through a few markets on your own. I did that with Petticoat Lane and Borough Market and tasted items that looked good and different. This way you can take a break when you want.
I have seen younger kids on London Walks tour but I always feel a bit sorry for them as they get antsy and some of the topics are more "adult". YVMV.
