Hello,
My wife and I went to London before having children about 13 years ago. Back then we were able to just walk around until we found someplace that was reasonable. This time we are taking our daughters 8 and 11. Any suggestions of good places would be helpful. We have been looking at airbnb and I have read some articles on this site as well. It seems the last one was quite awhile ago.
We traveled to London with our children when they were 10 and 12. We stayed at the Premier Inn which had family rooms for a very reasonable price (for an in-town London hotel). They had several locations when we went. I believe we stayed at The Borough/Southwark option. It was close to the waterfront and easy stroll across any of a number of beautiful London bridges to the usual tourist sports. Clean, convenient but bare bones accommodations. Perfect since we only stopped in to rest and change! The children adored London. Have fun!
Thank you. I will check into them.
Has anyone used Air B n B?
I haven't used air bnb but we used vrbo our last trip to Europe and also all over the US. I always look for ones that have good reviews. We will likely do so for London too this summer, currently looking at places.
