Wot it says. They have apparently 'stopped trading' according to NET reports, but does that necessarily mean that they no longer handle rentals? Their specialty was apparently properties in funkier, more 'boho' arty neighbourhoods.
I am done. the end.
Interesting question - I've never heard of them but a couple of thoughts... if they have "stopped trading" they are out of business. A very interesting name they chose - in the UK the term "cuckooing" is when drug dealers and/or abusers forcibly move into the home of vulnerable people and take over the property to run their "business".
If it had been me I would have run a million miles.
But maybe it was fine and somebody was having a joke.
I have never heard of them. Googling them, it appears that they had 2 companies - Cuckooz for serviced apartments and Cuckooz Nest for childcare facilities.
Both were run by 2 women and one left in August last year - I can’t find any reference to her starting any new venture. Cuckooz is now in liquidation. Cuckooz Nest is still trading, run by the second woman. They have been crowd funded.
