London apartment help!!

I am trying to decide on an apartment in London and need some help! The ones I've linked below are suitable for us but I'm not sure which is in the best area and worth the price. It's my husband and I along with our two young children so we want to make sure we're can get around easily. The Westbourne Green apartment is about 1/3 less then the others.

Notting Hill 1

My preference would be either Notting Hill 1 or Notting Hill 2.

I looked at all 4 apartments and read the reviews for all. My choice is based on the location of the apt. and also the reviews.

I like staying in Kensington. When we lived in London, we found living there to be convenient to everything though Notting Hill is nice too. Look carefully at reviews from those who stayed in each to see how the host treats guests. That can make a huge difference in your vacation.

How young are your children? Are they old enough where you are comfortable with them sleeping in the outer room, or will you and your husband be sleeping in the outer room? Also, what is the proximity to transportation? If they are young walkers, will their legs get tired if it's a long walk from transport stop to the apartment? I think you've found some great options, so I ask these questions to help you narrow it. I don't think you'll be wrong with any of them. You can use the London transport website to get an idea of how close not only tube stops are, but busses as well. Busses may actually be easier than tubes. One other question, Notting Hill #1 says it's really close to Portobello Road- if you're there on a weekend, it's really packed.

No bad choices- have a wonderful time.

Thank you so much for all the responses!
I am leaning towards either Notting Hill 1 or Westbourne Green as their communication has been the best so far and it looks like they're both about a 10 minute walk from the Notting Hill metro stop. The Westbourne Green apartment doesn't look as fancy as the Notting Hill 1 apartment but is also 1/3 cheaper.
My kids are 1 and 4. We have a stroller for the 1yr old and the 4 yr old has no problems walking!
Thank you!!
