London AirBnB

Last time I was in London we stayed at a hotel. Does anybody have recommendations on an Airbnb with: 1-2 bedroom; walkable to a tube station; with a washing machine+/-dryer; reasonably priced?
My searches must be too specific because I’m not getting much on the forum for results.

Please define “ reasonably priced. “

Did you scour London Perfect?

Which apparently is now known as Vacation Perfect.

Looking there I see a few apartments that meet your criteria. The Ledbury in the Notting Hill neighborhood for one. But it’s on a 3rd floor with no elevator….if that would be an issue….

Any neighborhood that is safe, near a tube, sites.
Vacation perfect only has one place available during the dates I need and it’s a five night minimum. We only need three nights in June.
I’d like to keep it under 200-250 pounds/night.
No need for an elevator, so long as it’s not too many flights up.

Jenny, we used a company called Ivy Lettings last summer. I was very impressed with their customer service. I would use them again. The flat we stayed in had its pros and cons. PM me if you want to know more about that particular one, but they have a few in your price range. Not sure about the availability date wise.
Here’s their website address: www.IvyLettings.com

Good luck!

In 2019, my friend and I stayed in a 2 bedroom flat, rented via AirBNB, that was walkable to the West Brompton tube station. It was a lovely flat and I just looked at the listing and it says W/D.

I have stayed in a few one bedroom apartments, walkable to the Fulham Broadway station, that I have rented via AirBNB. I know for sure that at least one of them had a W/D. My boyfriend and I stayed in that area in a one bedroom last year, but it did not have W/D.

I would suggest not getting hung up on a washer and dryer. Just go to a self service laundry. Most of the rentals I’ve had that come with a washer and dryer only take small loads and they take forever to complete a cycle. It’s easier to just go to a laundry.

Thanks all for the suggestions. I've found one that fits our needs. Near Earl's Court, which will be fine :)
