Ideas on how to get from Heathrow to holland park I land at terminal 5 and
I was thinking of taking the heathrow express Where is the heathrow express at terminal 5
Do not worry there are people at the airport and signs to point you in the right direction to catch the Heathrow Express. It looks like you would get off at London Paddington and then take a taxi or subway (if you can figure how to get to the nearest one) to Holland Park.

Well signed route to catch the Express but do note it is a bit of a walk.
And book your Express tickets now to save money.
Can print out or save to phone. I do both which proved advantages when a scanner wouldn’t accept a printed out one this past January.
Bit of advice easier to tube from Lancaster Gate station to Holland Park Station. Only a 5 minute Central Line ride.
Once you get to Paddington get your Oyster card and exit the station ( walk out under the large glass archway, can’t miss it) Walk a hundred yards to Praed street and turn right. You’ll be in front of the Hilton. Walk a 1/2 block till u see the see Pride of Paddington
across the road. Cross the street and walk past the Pride of Paddington heading to the tree lined street at the end of the block. If you need pounds there’s a Barclays ATM in route ...anyway at Sussex Garden Road Cross the street and turn right. Follow this Sussex Gardens a 1/2 block. At the intersection where the church is across the road keep going straight onto Lancaster Terrace which will dead end at Bayswater. Head towards the tall black wrought iron fence and greenery, that’s Hyde Park. At Bayswater road turn left and there’s Lancaster Gate station.
Use google maps satellite view to review what I outlined above. Honestly it isn’t a convoluted as it may seem. 10 minute walk if that.
Enjoy the Castle Pub, Paul’s and the chocolate store by the Holland Park Station. Lovely residential neighborhood. Stayed nearby in an AirBnB rental.
Happy travels.
Thanks!!! I got my tickets for the express
Just got to get Oyster card
Seems a bit confusing but once I get there should be fine
The Oyster is easy to get at Heathrow or at Paddington. Kiosk machines. I swear it’s an easy walk from Paddington to Lancaster Gate.
