Lodging preference & car rental

Can anyone tell me which of these 3 premier inns in London are preferred: London Victoria, Waterloo, or County Hall? They are all close to the sites we want to see while staying briefly in London.

Also, we are renting a car in Edinburgh. Is Europcar a reputable company? The cost of rental was less than other companies like Enterprise or Budget.

Thank you!

Europcar is a reputable company, I've rented from them.

I haven't stayed in any of the three Premier Inns you mentioned, but they're well located for sightseeing and others on this forum have recommended them all. I suggest you look at Google Maps for their specific locations in relation to tube stations, and a tube map (google Transport for London) for routes to the places you want to see. That may help you choose the most convenient hotel.

For sightseeing, you might also consider short bus rides, which give you a view of the streets while taking you where you're going. The TFL website can help you with bus routes.

What the sights you want to see?

Parliament, Elizabeth’s Tower with Big Ben, Churchill
War Rooms, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace?

Honestly all of those Premiere Inns would be fine.
I guess if push came to shove I’d opt for County Hall simply because walking along the Thames Path and crossing Westminster Bridge provides great photo ops of the majority of the above. Plus if you desire your are adjacent to the London Eye.

Eurocar is reliable.

Safe travels.
