We are planning our Cotswolds walking trip in late June. Especially interested in any leads on best ways to find a pub with live, local music in the evenings. We will have one night in each of the following:
Moreton-in-Marsh
Stow-on-the-Wild
Bourton-on-the-Water
Naunton
Broadway
Chipping Campden
Thanks!
The Red Lion in Chipping Campden has a traditional folk music session on the third Thursday of every month - starting around 8pm. A mix of English, Celtic folk music and traditional songs.
I stayed 2 nights at the Bell Inn in Moreton-in-Marsh. That was back in 2016. I had a very nice room, enjoyed the generous breakfasts, good dinners and the music.
It's a short walk from the train station. If you're driving, it's right on a central square with lots of parking.

Following Covid lockdown website might not be up to date. IMHO Still worth perusing.
Another suggestion is contacting each accommodation and asking if they know of local trad sessions.
Thanks all. These links are helpful.
