The service may not have crossed over just yet (that’s Sunday), but the Virgin East Coast site now redirects to lner.co.uk. If you’re looking to travel on the East Coast Mainline (aka to York or Edinburgh), head for the LNER website from now on.

Bumping as LNER are now officially the operator of the East Coast Mainline. All tickets with VTEC purchased before today will remain valid, but from now on tickets must be purchased through LNER.
