There'll be another reason - I think they\re just using it as an excuse
maybe they were useless and had a poor service?

The all business class model has been difficult to work. We flew them last year and they were great. Looked at using them this year but used miles instead.

Sorry to hear that. I scored a ticket with them this summer from Newark to Paris CDG for the same price I paid for a coach seat on another carrier last year. I would have liked to have tried flying with them again to London. Hope they come up with another route besides Paris.
