I will be staying at a hotel near Hyde Park, England. Is this area safe for a woman to go on an early morning solo run? I would like to get some miles in before I heard out for the day but only it is safe for a woman. Thanks!

There are loads of people in the park from opening onwards, and nearly all of it has paths with large areas of open space either side. So as safe as anywhere gets. And certainly much more pleasant than the traffic fumes of Bayswater Road.

I don’t jog but am an early AM walker. Have strolled about Hyde Park and into Kensington Gardens at 5-5:30am. Lancaster Gates open at 5am. Seen plenty of joggers and dog walkers at that time of the morning. Men and woman.

you will see plenty of females, solo or with others, and males too - all doing their early morning moving about... fine
