We will be visiting ancestral sites on the Isle of Man on September 19th and 20th. I tried to rent a car for the 2 days but nothing was available, which surprised me. Any suggestions on how to get one and/or other ways we can visit these sites, which are located all over the island? Thanks in advance. Steve

What companies have you tried? Athol Motors which are based in Isle of Man are showing several cars 'subject to availability' for those dates.
I've also looked at Avis for those dates based on a Ronaldsway Airport pick up and drop off and it is showing availability.
What places are you wanting to visit? Many can be reached by public transport - the Isle of Man has an excellent bus service. If you give us a list of places we may be able to help (although it may not be possible to do all of them in just two days.)
