They seem to be showing up regularly. I know they must be a huge headache for the website administrator.
Truly annoying.

The webmaster is blocking each IP address when they come in, but as good spammers, they keep changing their IP address.

Oh, I don't know. I find them to be quite good value. Since we're not getting as many passport stamps, I've taken to collecting actual passports.
