Is the Mandeville Hotel in London a good place to stay (or other reccomendations)

My girlfriend and I are going to London in October and love the location of the Mandeville Hotel. However, a lot of recent reviews are not very positive about the property. Have you been there in the last 12 months and would you recommend the Mandeville? Is there another hotel you would recommend? (I have bad knees and need a hotel with an elevator.)

Thank You

Never heard of the place and I go to London often.

Review the Premier Inn website. I stay in them.

63 Bayswater has an elevator. There are 3 steps to enter the front door. 63 is across the road from the Lancaster Gate entrance to the Serpetine in Hyde Park. 63 is a 15-20 minute stroll from Paddington Station. The Lancaster Gate underground station is a 1/4 block from 63.

The Club Quarters Covent Garden Hotel also has an elevator. 7-10 minute stroll to the Holborn Underground Station. The hotel is across the road from Lincoln Inn Fields.

You don't need to book on the site, but Booking.com only allows reviews to be left by people with confirmed stays. That property has a "very good" rating on the website, but you can filter reviews by the most recent so you can see if there is a pattern.

On that site you can also search for properties that have an elevator. Do a search on London for your dates, then on the filters on the left side of the search results, tick "Upper floors accessible by elevator" under room accessibility section.
