I'm trying to save time for sites by not having to go to a post office. A lady in rural Scotland sold me 97 pence postcard stamps to put on my postcards to the US. However, I'm sending the larger 4×6 inch cards. UK post website says the 97 pence rate is good for international letters up to ten grams and I obviously don't have a scale. Can anyone with recent experience save me a trip to a post office? Thanks.
I know you want to save that 2 minutes, but that's all it will take you as you are walking to pop into one of the many little post offices you will pass on the walk. They are often at the back of other shops or supermarkets with signs on the front.
They all have official scales.
I wouldn't gamble on making it without checking.
Hi klecser! I hope you're having a great trip!
