1). We want to understand the PLF forms for entry into England. I understand that it must be completed prior to boarding our USA departure flight for London. Please advise.
2). Then after Five days in London we will fly to Rome - it’s our understanding for this flight we need to complete the EU PLF for to travel to Italy.
If we do indeed need both of these two different PLF forms completed for both England and Italy please let us know so we can complete each one prior to our leaving. Any information you can share with us regarding these issues is greatly appreciated.
