Popping on to pay forward all the great forum advice I rec'd recently for my trip to France...
BEST meal in 17 days in France we had (including some Michelin meals) was courtesy of two Aussies who are in the midst of 18 months of "pop-up restaurants" around the globe. Their menus feature all local ingredients wherever they are. We enjoyed an AMAZING multi-course meal with drinks and desert for two for 60 Euro!
