We were hoping to get a day tour out of Bath to the Cotswolds but they are already booked on our date.
Can anyone recommend any other companies that have day tours out of Bath the Cotswolds, with prices that are comparable to Mad Max's? (We'd prefer not to include Stonehenge, because that we will be visiting it from Salisbury).

EDIT: It has to be from Bath because we already decided to go directly there from Heathrow and booked our hotel.
I think you may be out of luck. This website lists day tours from Bath but many of them are private tours costing an arm and a leg...
Not from Bath, but GoCotswolds does small-group tours from Moreton-in-Marsh. Moreton-in-Marsh has train service from Oxford.

I should have specified we are going to Bath from Heathrow and already booked our hotel there, and this is kind of a "spare day from Bath" kind of later addition. I edited my post to clarify that.
Most of the tours depart from Moreton at about 0930. So you would have to catch a train from Bath at 0643, changing at Reading, and arriving at 0917.
The train fare at that time of the morning would cost as much as the tour.
