Of I am arriving at Gatwick with Icelandair at 10.50, can I get a flight to Malaga with easyjet at 13.25 on the same day???
I have not bought the ticket yet.

Yes you can but very risky as the flight to Gatwick might be delayed and then there may be a long line at Border Force/Passport control when you get off the plane at Gatwick. It looks like there are later direct flights to Malaga after 13:25 consider taking one of those.
One note you do not have to change terminals as Easy jet and Icelandair both use the North Terminal

If you have checked luggage, your plan has very dim prospect of success. Otherwise its just scary short.
Jazz has a good idea to look at a later flight to give yourself some safety cushion

Since you only have cabin bags, you do not have to clear Passport Control at Gatwick. Just follow the flight connections signs.
You should be okay timewise as long as your flights into Gatwick aren't delayed.
