I have an IPHONE SE and a IWATCH. Will the watch work in England when I buy a SIM card there?

Hi, Joanne - just an FYI, it's not called an iWatch but an Apple Watch. 😊
I have an Apple Watch and was able to use it quite successfully with my iPhone that used an eSIM, which is an embedded SIM. So you should not have any problem using your watch in England.
