Hub or Premier hotel in London

I will be travelling by train from Chester to London in late May. A friend had recommended The Hub near Covent Garden. It seems the low cost they paid at New Year's is not available now. The price of €150. is more than I would like to spend, if possible. I'm wondering about any other Hub or Premier hotels very close to the main train stations. It seems that London Euston is the main stop ? As I will be going on a bit of sightseeing, probably on double decker bus and will need to catch the train to Heathrow, I need to be close to the train for this reason as well. I'd appreciate any hotel advice , as above.

Have you checked the Premier Inn London Euston? Premier Inn uses dynamic pricing so if you see a good price, don't delay.

To get to Heathrow at the end of your trip, you don't necessarily need a train (I assume you are referring to Heathrow Express). You can get there easily on the underground (Piccadilly line) .

Hope you enjoy your trip!

Euston is the station which you will arrive at from Chester, but if you want to take the (fast, but very expensive unless you prebook) Heathrow Express train you need to leave from Paddington station. From the Euston area you can take the Underground to Heathrow, which is cheaper but slower - walk to the nearby Kings Cross St Pancras tube station and take the Piccadilly Line.

"The price of €150."

Are you sure the price was quoted in euros and not pounds.

I've stayed at the Hub Covent Garden, it's right around the corner from Leicester Square tube station, which is on the Piccadilly Line which goes right to Heathrow. The location couldn't be more perfect. I'd double check the price, since they aren't going to be charging in Euros in the UK.

Thanks for your replies. I've booked based on your advice. The price was in pounds, not Euros, my typo error.
