We are making plans to visit Great Britain this fall and one possible itinerary would have us in London during September's Fashion Week. How big of an impact would that have on hotel prices and crowds? Any tips and suggestions are most appreciated!

This question has come up in previous years. The answer seems to be the same as for New York's Fashion Week.
It can raise hotel prices, and certain restaurants can be difficult/impossible to get into. Otherwise, unless you are right at or near the venues where it is held, you won't even notice it. For instance, it will have little impact on museum crowds.
