Need hotel recommendations near Holborn, max $150/night, 5 nights, single tourist, early Sept. Thinking about Radisson Tottenham Court v Z Hotel Holborn. Other recommendations appreciated. Thanks.

That’s a very low budget for central London in September - I make that around £110, £115?
If you can get either of those in budget then they’d be fine - although a lot of Z rooms don’t have windows.
There’s a well-located Premier Inn in Holborn, which you won’t find on comparison sites, but I imagine that would be minimum £150 rather than $150.
Bloomsbury isn’t too far from Holborn so you could look at the hotels in Cartwright Gardens such as the Celtic.
