Hotels near heathrow express

Is there a budget you have in mind?

I've stayed at the Hotel Indigo (part of IHG chain). They are about a block from Paddington and have very nice rooms. I stayed there on points; when I am paying, I normally choose cheaper options.

We are booked there in October - looks like a great place and easy walk to Paddington.

Thanks so much. I looked st that hotel. What is the neighborhood like? Restaurants? Are you familiar with the Darlington Hyde park? Appreciate your thoughts.

There's a Hilton at Paddington, priced accordingly.

We always stay at the Indigo.

The restaurants along there do not look at all appealing. It is worth the walk to the Mitre Pub at Lancaster Gate:

I stayed a week at the Delmere Hotel on Sussex Gardens, a few minutes walk from Paddington. Rooms were small but very modern. It's a Best Western, which mattered to me for the points. I'd recommend it. There are half a dozen more hotels like it in the same block. Priced well below the Indigo, Hilton, etc.

I have to say that I just used Laterooms.com and I found a great place within walking distance. It wasn't memorable, but it was very nice.
