In light of answers to my question re PIs near Terminal 5, does anyone have suggestions about hotels near to that terminal that have guaranteed parking and are also on the Hoppa Bus route?

Personally I have only ever used airport parking, which is well served by buses.
In terms of hotels, the following are all hotels that offer "stay and park" deals - you'd have to check but that would make it sound like they guarantee parking if they actively sell it.
Double Tree Hilton (Hoppa H5E)
Hilton Garden Inn (Hoppa H5A)
Leonardo (Hoppa H5B)
Renaissance (Hoppa H5E)
There are at least another eight offering similar packages - and easy enough to jump between terminals if needed

You didn’t mention budget so……. Soffitel at terminal 5. No bus required. You walk down an enclosed hallway right to the lobby. This hotel is a bit of a splurge, but the convenience is so nice!

The Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express at Terminal 4 (free train to T2/3, free train from 2/3 to 5) both share a large underground garage that I have used. But of course nothing is guaranteed, maybe both hotels are full and everybody drove? Highly unlikely but guaranteed implies never happens.
