hotel suggestions for Bath

first time visitors the month of June. 3 adults (mom, dad, and 18 yr old son). Will take train from London to Bath for 2 days/1 nights (pbly June 10-12). Hotel suggestions? Breakfast included would be nice. Also plan to have afternoon tea. Thank you for any tips, suggestions.

Check out Brooks Guest House on Upper Bristol Rd. Great breakfast and one can walk anywhere from their location. Very good seafood place nearby. If memory serves it's named the Scallop Shell.

We stayed twice at the Henry which is I think only two to three blocks from the train station and I seem to remember it had a family room.on the first floor which would fit your needs. Great breakfast too.

A couple of hotels we’ve looked at online only allow 2 adults per room and our son is 18. Kids are 13 and under. Is this the norm? We would like all three of us to stay in one room.

Premier Inn Center City. They will allow three adults in their family room.

Pump Room is good for tea-when we were there, someone in my group who didn't want tea was able to order from the lunch menu.

We loved the Brooks Guesthouse, it had nice accommodations and was at a great location. Further, the breakfast was awesome.

The Scallop Shell Restaurant is nearby and it has the best fish and chips in England.

Three Abbey Green! We stayed there May 2019 and had a fantastic stay with delicious breakfasts. Location is very close to the Roman Baths, but far enough that there aren't crowds or noise. They have a couple "triple" rooms that should suit your needs.

I stayed at Henrietta House during my RS southern England tour. Very centrally located near Pultney Bridge.
