Hotel recommendations for London in September

Greetings,
My brother and I will be going on our third trip to London in early September. We’ve had two excellent stays at London House Hotel near Bayswater. I’m interested in experiencing a different neighborhood this trip. My criteria: under $350 for a double, walking distance to tube, bakery, pharmacy, and green space (large or small). I’ve searched online but am getting overwhelmed, and am realizing I may have to compromise on price. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Have you looked at all the Premier Inn locations in London? I like PI for the same reasons I stay at Hilton Garden Inn or Holiday Inn Express. They are usually the same basic design and I know what I am getting when I reserve. They aren't quaint, but are usually in great locations and are good value for your money.

I stayed at The Sanctuary House Hotel. Very close to St. James's Park and lots of restaurants/cafe's around.

We like the Celtic in Bloomsbury. I'm not sure about a bakery, but there are tube stops, a park, pubs, bus stops, restaurants, and a shopping area just steps away. The hotel itself is on a quiet side street, and the staff is wonderful. It definitely fits your price range, as well, coming in well under $350. We booked a double for £155 for July, but have been told the price will go up a bit July 1. But even a 25% increase would come under your limit.

Edit to add: And the breakfasts are great! Full English if you want it, or pick and choose from the menu.

Or the Resident Kensington if you want a more residential area.

And lower prices.

We.real!y like Hampton by Hilton Waterloo most rooms under $300 night and super all you can possibly eat breakfast buffet about block from.the station. Stayed there numerous times and never disappointed. Bus stops right at the door also.

Another vote for The Resident Victoria. Stayed there last October. We would stay there again.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I will check these out. I found London House through Rick's book in 2019; some of the others are over my budget.
