Hotel in Victoria area London

Husband and I are finally scheduled for our December 2022 trip to London and Paris. 6th-20th. London from 7th to 14th then onto Paris. I had been considering only London and surrounding areas but decided on Paris as France had relaxed Covid restrictions. I booked The Resident Victoria hotel and would like anyone who has stayed there to share their thoughts. We stayed in this area on our 2018 London trip and really liked it. Thank you.

I haven’t stayed at the Resident Victoria, but I have stayed many times at the Resident Kensington; it has become my “go-to” hotel when I visit London and I will be staying there again next month. I think in terms of amenities the hotels are similar.

Thank you for your response Laura. The reviews are good so I will go with those as well as your experience at Resident Kensington and trust I made a good choice. We did consider RK as we enjoyed that area, but decided to go with something in the Victoria area. The Resident hotels all seemed lovely.

My hubby and I stayed at the Resident Victoria early September. Great hotel, great location and wonderful customer service. Short walk to tube station. Many good pubs and restaurants in the area.

Thank you Sue. I’m glad to hear that I made a good choice, I always question myself when booking a hotel for the first time. We are so excited for this trip!

I'm a regular at the Resident Kensington and will be back in three weeks. I've stayed there well over 250 nights.

Since none of their hotels have restaurants or bars or other non-room amenities, the company focuses on comfort, cleanliness and service.

You won't be disappointed.
