Honeymoon trip to London :)

Hello travelers!!

I have a question regarding one of the main activities we want to go to for our honeymoon.

We are both fans of Harry Potter and I have read many reviews on Golden Tours and Viators regarding how they felt there was not enough time during the tour guided trip through HP.

I am wondering if anyone has any advice on whether it is better to independently travel from our Hotel Indigo London Kensington and buy the admission tickets and train back ourself.

Is it too difficult to travel their on our own? From your experience, did you have enough time there to see everything or were you rushed through and felt like you didn't get to fully experience the tour?

THANKS :D

No it is not too difficult to travel from London to Watford and back. About 200,000 people do it every day.

Starting from Hotel Indigo you could use the hourly train from West Brompton to Watford Junction.

I only read through the golden tours/ viators that some felt rushed because they allow 6 hours for the tour including travel times about an hour each way and then ticketing lines (sometimes super long lines). Then whatever is left until you have to return to the tour bus.

If anyone has been on this bus, I read you can actually choose to return on a later your bus as long as there is room? Or even earlier bus different from the one you arrives on. Can anyone comment on this :)?
