I will be traveling to London in April.
What will be the best way to get to my the hilton in kensington by train
You can put Heathrow in the trip planner, and then the street address of your hotel. It will show your choices. Google Maps has a similar service. The usual choice is between a higher-speed rail service or the cheaper Underground trains.
Let’s define “train.”
Are you referring to railroad type transport or London Underground?
Are you talking the Hilton on Holland Park?
Have you asked the hotel?
If it were me I’d cough up the money for the 15 minute ride on the Heathrow Express ( much cheaper if you book tickets 90 days out) to Paddington Station.
At Paddington get your Oyster card and board a Circle or District line underground train to Nottinghill. Get out and take a Central Line train to Holland Park. Get out and walk the the block and a half to the Hilton.
OR spend money and get a cab at Paddington to take you around the park to the Hilton
OR hire a car to retrieve you at Heathrow and drive you to the hotel.
You take the Heathrow Express to Paddington train station and catch a cab for the short ride to Kensington and your hotel.
