Heathrow to Victoria stop/station on Piccadilly line. 3 to 5 minute walk.

It's the Tube.

Take the tube - Piccadilly Line, transfer to the District Line at Hammersmith or Earls Court, then get off at the Victoria stop.

Another vote for the Tube. Very easy to use throughout London & especially from the airport to central London.
