I'd say Coach then. You'll be convenient for the central bus station and going against the rush hour traffic. Trains may be quite full until after 9am.

Central Bus Station, in between Terminals 2 and 3. Direct coaches at 0750 and 1030.
Undercover access, well signposted, from both terminals

You could book ahead but with the vagaries of international air travel at the moment it is just as easy, and arguably more prudent, just to book at the ticket desk at the bus station on the day. There is no rail strike that day so the buses won't be full.
it might cost a bit more than booking ahead (and you could add on the £5 extra to be able to travel up to 12 hours earlier or 12 hours later than your booked time), but the small extra cost of booking on the day is effectively immaterial in the overall cost of your vacation.
