I will be arriving at Terminal 3 Heathrow and need to get to Terminal 5 for the bus to Oxford. What's the best way to do this? Thanks.
You can go to the train station serving Terminals 2 and 3 and take the Heathrow Express train to Terminal 5 at no cost. There is a train about every 15 minutes.
thanks...is that like a tram we having many many of our airports in the states? And relatively accessible to locate? We have somewhat limited mobility.....
You do not need to go to Terminal 5. The coach to Oxford also leaves from the Central Bus station situated between Terminals 2 and 3 connected to each by an underground passage. This is the schematic map.
Why not request special assistance (must be through your airline) at Heathrow to help you get to the bus stop? This link has all the ins and outs.

PS. The downloadable PDF leaflet is particularly helpful is describing how/what/when etc. I have started using airport special services because although I can walk, after a fashion, standing in long lines or walking longish distances can very difficult for me.
