Heathrow Hotel T2

Staying in Holborn, early flight from Heathrow T2. Any hotel recommendations easy to get to via public transit from Holborn? Seems that only Hilton Garden Inn is walkable. How is the Renaissance, easy access? Is Uber expensive to hotel from LHR and LHR to hotel? Does Hoppa bus go to and from?

I've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn a few times including twice this month.

There is an Aerotel in T3. It is about a 5-7 minute walk underground to T2.

I had a 7:00 AM flight out of T3 last week and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. It took no time.

thanks for the clarification.

Although I don't know when your flight is, so how important super early is, I can recommend the Crowne Plaza at Terminal Four.

There is free transportation within the airport, after you arrive by Tube to T4 you could visit T2 by Elizabeth Line and Heathrow Express. The 4 hotels at T4 (Hilton, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Express (these two share one building), Premier Inn in order from closest to furthest down their covered walkway from the end of T4) are all a few minutes walk indoors to the station.

Probably not as convenient as being right in T2, but I really liked that Crowne Plaza.

Also there is the usually significantly cheaper Hilton Garden Inn at Hatton Cross, which is included in the free travel zone for Heathrow

I've used the Premier Inn attached to T4 at least 3 times. It is newish and up to the usual Premier Inn standard. And it is usually the least expensive option on the airport grounds--typically well under 100 GBP for a refundable reservation made some time in advance. It's a bit of a walk to T4 (10 minutes or more, I'd guess), but it's through an enclosed walkway. No need to worry about whether your planned transportation will show up, other than the tube ride from T4 to your terminal. This is assuming you don't need to be at your terminal before the tube starts running (whenever that is).

Be warned: there are two Hilton Garden Inns at Heathrow. Specify the one at "terminals 2 & 3" in your searches; the other is not walkable.
