Hi I'm choosing between Exclusive Airports and Hummingbird service - has anyone had any experience with these? Would you recommend them? Also, how much time should we allocate for arrival from landing of the plane to getting the luggage out? Appreciate feedback as always : ) Thanks.

Haven't used the car services.
But I think your bags will arrive faster than you since immigration can have really long lines at times. I'd guess about a half hour to an hour in immigration.

I'm in the habit of saying to allow 2 hours to get out of the airport. It may be pessimistic, but allows for a variety of delays. For just getting into the city of London, trains and tube both run frequently, making those more flexible than a scheduled service, if they meet your needs.
