In the past, I’ve taken the Piccadilly line straight to hotels in the south Kensington area. With the planned train strike, I decided to verify my plans. Piccadilly line is down from Heathrow to Acton Town on October 1 and 2. So I checked Heathrow express, not operating October 1 because of strike. I arrive at 10am. Is the best option the Elizabeth line to paddington, then Circle line to South Kensington? I haven’t been to London since 2019, so just want to verify. Thank you!
