We are traveling by train from Edinburgh to London in July and a friend suggested stopping at Durham to see the cathedral. We (4) will have 4 roller bags and a couple of carry-ons and don't want to schlep them up to the cathedral with us. The Durham train station does not offer luggage storage. The Durham Visitor's bureau website recommends CitySpareSpace as a way to store luggage with a local business. I might have a tough time convincing my family this is OK! Has anyone else used CitySpareSpace? Thanks much!
