Has anyone stayed at Hotel 41? Want to stay near major attractions

Any hotel near one attraction in London, is not near the others. London is spread out, and you have to use some form of transport from one end to other (or very long walks).
It looks very "up market" (translation: expensive). It looks to be half way between Victoria station and Buck House. Victoria is the nearest tube station.
It claims to be "opposite Buckingham Palace", but that is a park, it is around the side
