Is it possible to get to the Warner Brothers Studio via underground. Transportation costs for tours is very expensive.

Agree that going by train from Euston station, then the bus, is very easy to do.

I think the PP was referring to entrance tickets to the studios, not the trains.

Get a train from Euston to Watford .junction. You can use your Oyster card. I might just buy a train ticket because using your Oyster card would mean you are in Zone 9 which increases your weekly maximum. You won't likely hit Zone 9 again - other than return to Euston.

When you arrive, starting at 8 am, there are double decker buses waiting outside the trains station to whisk you to the Studio. You have to show your Studio ticket.

Studio tickets go fast. It is least crowded in the morning and evening. If you arrive in the morning, you can stay until closing.

Edited to fix errors because I didn’t have my reading glasses on.

Watford Junction is not in Zone 9. It is 'outside the fare zones' and is a special exemption case like Gatwick Airport.

On Oyster a single each way is £6.90 after 0930, or £4.55 if you have a valid National Railcard registered to your Oyster.

As it is outside the zones the cap does not apply.

The cap would apply if you used a red London bus to Watford Junction from Edgware, Stanmore or Harrow and Wealdstone tube stations (all in Zone 5) as buses are zone less.

A Zone 1 to 5 tube single is £3.50, and a bus single is £1.75- a total of £5.25. The bus takes 28 minutes from Stanmore, 43 minutes from Edgware and 40 minutes from Harrow and Wealdstone.

You can also go to Rickmansworth tube (Metropolitan line) and railway station in Zone 7, then the 724 Green line bus service (which started from Heathrow) for the 13 minute ride to Watford Junction- £4.70 Tube fare + £2 bus fare (until the end of 2024). The main line trains here are from Marylebone.
