My younger brother is a big fan of Harry Potter and we have always wanted to visit the Studio. We planned to get there in April but unfortunately, according to the official site, all the tickets in April are almost sold out... Have anyone has any experience of buying the tickets? Thank you!

I'm not particularly surprised at difficulty so close to the date - it has been extremely popular since it opened.
I don't know of any secondary ticketing facility. You may have to take one of the remaining dates or return at another time.

It's the school Easter holidays so it's a busy time - and it's one of the very few London area attractions that you absolutely have to buy tickets in advance. You cannot just turn up without tickets and hope for the best.
What you can do:
1) grab the tickets that aren't sold out NOW.
2) if it's fully sold out, try Golden Tours: https://m.goldentours.com/warner-bros-studio-tour-london-the-making-of-harry-potter-tickets-with-return-bus-transport
It's a more expensive option because it includes coach transport from London but they do buy up blocks of tickets and sometimes have availability when the studios have sold out.
3) if these two routes don't help, some people on Trip Advisor report success via a reseller called Go Voyager.
