I’m trying to buy tickets for 2025. I can get them in my cart but it says billing error when I check out or transaction declined. I’m in the US and can’t get though by phone. Anyone else have this problem and what is the solution? I tried my 3 visas and Amex and I have no idea why they won’t work online.
Have you tried changing your browser? Sometimes Chrome can be a bit glitchy with stuff like that so I switch to Firefox, which will then work (although not always—sometimes it's the source page's problem).
And it could be your credit card declining it since it's a foreign transaction. You might try calling one of them to pre-approve the charge. If that doesn't work, you might try using the Contact Us page to leave the studio a message: https://www.wbstudiotour.co.uk/contact-us/contact-form/
Hi olsenstacy, I just tried it (I'm taking 2 of my grandkids to London next year) and my credit card went through successfully (it was a Chase Visa).
Having said that, I have used this card a lot both earlier this year in England and to make other online purchases in England since then, so that helped, I think. I would also check to make sure that your name on the billing portion is exactly like the one on your card. I've been held up before because of that. If you've done both, you might try calling the card company, like I suggested, to see why it's being rejected.
