Group of 12 weddings guests from US need to rent a bus from York UK to town where wedding is

Hi,

About 12 or so family and friends will be staying in York for a long weekend in June, and we are renting a house there. We are in need of transportation to travel from our rental house in York to the wedding venue, which is about 1-1/2 hours away, and also a return trip late in the evening for some of the group. I'm hoping to find a nice bus or limo, something nice, reliable as we will be traveling the morning of the wedding.

An email to the York tourist office may bring you some suggestions.

It would help if you can say where the wedding is taking place. 1½ hours is a long way. How are all 12 of you getting to York (from an airport?), and where are you going after York.
And yes, search under "minibus hire" and "coach hire", contact the York tourist office, or ring round taxi firms.
